Hi, I’m Doug — founder and operator of H2O Pool N Spa Management.
With over a decade of hands-on experience servicing residential and commercial swimming pools and spas throughout Orange County, California, I’ve built this company on a foundation of consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
My background is a unique blend of business and real-world experience. I hold degrees in Public Relations and Marketing, along with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. Before fully committing to the pool and spa industry, I also pursued a professional career in banking, working both internationally in Brazil and on Wall Street in New York. That experience shaped my understanding of systems, accountability, and high-level service — principles I bring into every aspect of this business.
H2O Pool N Spa Management started from humble beginnings. What began as a part-time job while I was in college quickly turned into a passion. I found fulfillment in working outdoors, solving problems, and helping homeowners maintain and improve one of the most valuable parts of their property.
Over the years, that passion evolved into a company dedicated to providing dependable, high-quality service with a personal touch. Today, we proudly serve homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients who value professionalism, clear communication, and long-term care.
