H2O Pool N Spa Management

By accessing this website or using the services of H2O Pool N Spa Management (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

H2O Pool N Spa Management provides residential and commercial pool and spa maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Routine cleaning and chemical balancing 
• Equipment inspection and maintenance 
• Filter cleaning and system servicing 
• Repairs and recommendations 

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions.

• All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. 
• Additional work may be required if unforeseen issues are discovered. 
• Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding. 

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Recurring services may be billed automatically through authorized payment methods. 
• Late payments may result in service interruption. 

By enrolling in recurring service, you authorize H2O Pool N Spa Management to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis for scheduled services.

This authorization remains in effect until canceled by the customer with prior notice.

• Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 
• The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the pool/spa area. 
• If access is not available at the time of service, the visit may still be billed. 

The customer agrees to:

• Maintain safe access to the service area 
• Inform us of any known issues or hazards 
• Keep pets secured during service visits 
• Maintain proper water levels unless otherwise agreed 

H2O Pool N Spa Management is not liable for:

• Pre-existing equipment failures or damage 
• Damage caused by improper prior installation or maintenance 
• Chemical imbalances due to factors outside our control (weather, heavy use, etc.) 

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

• Labor performed is guaranteed for a limited period as communicated at time of service. 
• Manufacturer warranties apply to any installed equipment. 
• No additional warranties are expressed or implied. 

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems 
• Interfere with website functionality 

Customers may choose to opt in to receive text messages from H2O Pool N Spa Management by selecting the appropriate checkbox on our website forms. These messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, and billing notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share or sell your phone number for third-party marketing purposes. 

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
